Pick and choose your battles

 

Oh the war that rages between a women and a man.
He says the wrong word or does something she can't stand.
She challenges his worth and pulls on his saddle.
My warning is for all to pick and choose your battles.

For a women's love is power
But her fire is never to command
Her smile creates rainbow in your eyes
And her anger will freeze you where you stand.

For a man's worth is described in your joy.
But can't help but hurt you too.
He holds back the roar that is meant for the world.
He just wants to be safe with you.

You all will never know how much you mean to each other.
Until you decide you will never leave.
He will make you feel crazy.
She will get on your nerves like you won't believe.

But her smile is in there somewhere.

And his charm for her love begins to rattle.
A love will always blossom.
When you pick and choose your battles.

To Be Cool

The wondrous time and the thrill that it is to be cool. 

The overwhelming of joy that started in school. 

People looked at you and smiled at you and there were a lot that manipulated.

That left finding out who you truly are seem very frustrated.

You see it in the random places in the weirdest convent.

And those who have experienced and failed always try to prevent.

But it seems like a wall that we all must hit.

To realize being that kind of cool just isn't it.

That being cool is more than others approval.

That there are others around you who look for negative removal.

And for those who are negative there's no need for you to change.

For that is who you are unless you feel you need to rearrange. 

Just keep a open mind that there is love  in you.

And it's not for me to say who it belong to.

Just please stay out of danger or don't be the dangerous fool.

To make someone change who you are and pretend it's something cool.
