Forget about God

 The church was packed full of saved souls

Praising his holy name gloriously to the sky

But it began to stop when the congregation realized

That the pastor was standing on the the pulpit being high

The pastor looks in the eyes of the congregation 

Saw the judgement, displeasement, and pity and said “that’s odd”

How did the sin I just commit on my own

Make you forget about God”

Some began to walk out refusing to hear what came from his mouth

Other stayed simply out of pity and curiosity 

The pastor began to speak again and said “that odd.

How did the sin that I just commit on my own

Make you forget about God!”

The pity began to walk slowly out shaking their heads

But the curious was excited for what came next

The pastor spoke louder and said “THAT’S ODD!

HOW DID THE SIN I JUST COMMIT ON MY OWN

MAKE YOU FORGET ABOUT GOD!!!!!

The curious began to be bored by the sermon

And soon the church was empty and began to shut down

The pastor began to praise his holy name and whispered “that’s odd

How did the one sin I just commit on my own

Make them forget about you oh God!
